I recommend contacting your doctor to make that determination, because it looks more like a skin problem.
try on a lot of moisturizer and leave it for a while. I mean a lot. Flour and honey, dry skin, it was probably very bad. Honey is used to draw things on the skin. for buttons, etc. Good luck.
Try Eucerin redness reducing products. In particular, the facial cleanser. In addition, a Queen Helene Mint Julep mask once or twice a week helps. Rosacea, because I have been a number of years, I know, hot flashes, and these are the only products that work for me. I thought, Walgreens, but I think it's sold almost everywhere (Target, Wal-Mart, etc..) Good luck and be careful.
