Toothache Lump Gum What's The Cause Of My Toothache?

What's the cause of my toothache? - toothache lump gum

There is a lump in my gum (mouth). The affected tooth in the back of the upper molars (wisdom teeth were extracted) .. The ball is very soft and hard. There is a sensitivity to temperature, but it is extremely sensitive to pressure.
