What property am I entitled to in a divorce? We don't own a house - husband is lease-holder? - lease to own computers
It is a total control freak and I was never allowed to come into the lease with him. If there is a mortgage that would otherwise not, but look like a real problem the car. He says that I have found my own house, as the holder of the lease for the house that we will live together. We have a variety of furniture and electronics - DVD players, televisions, computers, etc. Who knows, usually treated?

If you rent and bills have been divided (and who can prove their payments), then you've come to the right to their share of the rent, even without his name.
Contact your local Citizens Advice, it will be possible to tell all their rights and are great people to talk. You can hide your phone, see your local phone book.
Good luck and do not be too surprised to fight for material things. At the end of the day, what I want most is, get rid of it and start your new life.
