In the class my daughter to put together a shoebox of things, then we are giving away. Perhaps others will be encouraged to do likewise, given the recent help people in need. In the hope that Dad will soon be available. One can certainly think of other elements that do not or can cover it? Thank you!

Instead of a flashlight with batteries, you would shake the flashlight to be better, because the batteries tend to run faster when cold.

Crank radios also have a built-in flashlight well. Better than the battery, because who knows how long you could be abandoned.
